Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi National Debt Management Center (NDMC), affiliated to the Ministry of Finance (MoF), has closed the January 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 2.955 billion, according to a statement on Wednesday.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.075 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.075 billion and matures in 2028.
The second tranche, which matures in 2033, has a size of SAR 880 million and a total tranche size of SAR 880 million.
